Budget Management

We all know how cumbersome controlling your budget for any company can be no matter how big or small the company might be. This is a system that was developed to control your budget and the process of requesting payments, and enables you to upload monthly budgets and control your expenses with different levels of authority.

Simple process:

  • 1.   Upload monthly budget (Highest level of authority - top management)
  • 2.   Only authorised staff (Lower level of authority - Admin staff) will then be able to request payments and upload supporting documents
  • 3.   Authorisation according to budget signed off by Middle management (Department management)
  • 4.   Final approval of payment and execution of payment (Top management)
