What We Offer for You
Payslips
We will process your employees attendance from a daily attendance sheet to the accurate calculation of remuneration due to each employee be it on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. You only need to record the daily activities and send it through to us for processing. Monthly payments and deductions upon your instruction and communication all statutory deductions will be processed and we will manage the monthly payments to your employees bank accounts. Once management approves, the monthly payslips will be printed and forwarded to relevant staff.
Leave
Annual leave, Sick leave, Compassionate leave and all relevant leave types will be captured and kept up to date. The leave balances will reflect on every payslip and makes it easier to manage for all line managers.
Statutory
We ensure that your business is registered according to prescribed legislation and that payments and reconciliations are done. SARS bi-annual and year-end returns will be done as prescribed. UI19 forms will be issued when necessary.
HR
HR management duties include all human resource related aspect from recruitment and selection of the right candidate to discipline management and performance management.
